A MIGRAINE AND HEADACHE

During a week-long Fair, a young man was desperately looking for a pain-killer. He was suffering from a maddening headache. There are no medical shops at the fair.
Can you believe, a mild pressure of 30 seconds at the back of his head, comforted him from a headache? He was amazed.

A headache is the result of modern life which is full of tensions. People have an easy solution for it - a pain-killer.

HOW TO DO IT

For a change try a natural cure, without side effects. Hold your temple with thumb and index finger at the soft points and apply 30-40 rubbing pressures. Soft points are situated on the sides of your temple.

A migraine is a throbbing headache which may continue for hours or even days. It could be sensitive to light, sound, odors or hunger. It may get worse with physical activity.

Unless the basic reason for a headache is hunger, gastric problem, or some cervical, you may try the following tips for faster relief:

1.   Identify soft point on each side of your temple (indicated by arrows in fig.) and give pulsating pressure for 30 seconds, you will gain relief.

2.   At the back of your skull, right in the middle where the neck starts (see figure), you can identify a soft point. Place your index finger and give mild pulsating pressure for 15 seconds. Feel instant relief. You may even repeat pressure on this point after 15 minutes.

3.   Go for the head massage. You can do it yourself. It will activate all the nerves of the head. If there is any blockage anywhere, it will be cleared off and you will gain relief.

4.   Regular 40-50 pressures on the sides of the thumbnails of any hand will activate the nervous system in the brain. It helps in relieving from a headache, migraine, and other neuro-problems. It even comforts the problem of giddiness.

Regular Meditation-5mins.

5.   Go for meditation. It will relax your complete body. It will also reduce the frequency of migraine bouts.

Please note: Over the counter pain-killers offer you instant relief. But the relief is mostly temporary. The natural process of Acupressure Therapy provides sustained relief.
