Erasing pain from any part of the body!

1. He said: “Pain isn’t the enemy, it’s the voice of your body. It can’t speak with words, so it speaks through sensations.” We were standing in the room when he asked us to close our eyes and ask ourselves: “Where is the energy stuck inside me?” I felt a heaviness in my chest, as if someone was squeezing my heart. He smiled and said: “That’s it. You found your block. Now don’t run away.” 2. Every block is an emotion you never fully lived through. Wherever there was “don’t cry,” “don’t get angry,” or “stay strong” - that’s where the energy got stuck. The body remembers everything. Resentment lives in the shoulders, fear in the stomach, guilt in the neck. He said: “Your pain doesn’t ask for healing, it asks for attention.” When you simply look at the feeling, it begins to melt away. 3. The method is simple. Sit down, close your eyes, take a deep breath. Move your attention through the body from top to bottom. Where the breath stops - that’s your block. Don’t try to understand it, just breathe into that spot for 2 minutes. On the inhale - attention. On the exhale - quietly say to yourself: “I allow.” After a few cycles, the body releases the tension on its own. 4. He said: “We don’t heal the body, we heal its memory.” When awareness connects with breathing, the nervous system activates, the muscles relax, blood flow improves. It’s pure biology, but it feels like a miracle. After a few minutes I felt my chest open up, and the pain that had stayed for a week just vanished. 5. At the end he said: “Your body isn’t against you. It simply carries what you haven’t lived through. And until you listen to it, it will speak with pain.” You don’t need to break the blocks - you need to feel them. And then the body naturally restores its flow.
