How would you choose it?

I talk with both my patients and students a lot about Posture and how it influences your physiology (body systems functioning) and therefore your Longevity. It's simple, a better upright posture will extend your life and wellbeing. How can your lungs expand optimally if you are continually compressing them with your slouching posture??? 😵 Everything functions more efficiently when you have a strong posture. Exercise helps build that posture. ✅️LIFT the back of your head to lengthen your neck. ✅️ROLL your shoulders back to open your chest. ✅️TUCK your pelvis by pulling your navel towards your spine and tucking your tail bone forward. Remind yourself many, many, many times each day. 🙏🏽
