Canada lights Niagara Falls - Blue!

Relax your Lower-back!

If your hips feel tight and your lower back needs a break, this is one of the most relaxing ways to release both. Lie on your back and bring both knees up toward your chest. Hold your feet (or your shins if that's easier) and gently draw your knees toward your armpits. Keep your tailbone and lower back heavy on the floor, and your head and shoulders relaxed. Hold for 45 seconds, breathing slow and steady. Comment "HAPPY" and I'll send you my free hip and lower back routine. Keep everything gentle and pain-free.

Massive Dam in China influences Earth's rotation!

NASA scientists calculated that China's massive Three Gorges Dam holds enough water to alter the rotation of the entire planet and subtly shift its axis. When the massive hydroelectric facility fills its colossal reservoir with nearly 40 billion cubic meters of water, it redistributes a staggering amount of mass across the Earth's surface. According to research led by Dr. Benjamin Fong Chao at NASA, this massive concentration of weight acts like a planetary brake. By lifting that much water up into a massive reservoir hundreds of feet above sea level, the dam changes the planet's moment of inertia. Just like a figure skater pulling their arms in or out to control their spin, our planet reacts to how its mass is distributed. Because the water is spread across a wider area and elevated, the Earth's rotation slows down by a fraction of a second. Specifically, NASA calculations show that the dam increases the length of a day by about 0.06 microseconds. At the same time, the shifting mass causes the Earth's physical poles to move by roughly two centimeters. While these changes are far too small for anyone to feel in daily life, they prove that human engineering projects can operate on a planetary scale. It turns out that building some of our largest civil infrastructure can measurably rewrite the fundamental rotation metrics of our world. How surprised are you to learn that human construction projects can physically alter the rotation speed of our planet?

Barefoot on salt for 10 minutes!

1. A friend who is a physiotherapist shared a simple trick that changed her evening ritual. It looks like something straight out of a grandmother's fairy tales, but when she tried it, the effect was shocking: her body relaxed as if after a spa vacation by the sea. 2. The first 3 minutes are the hardest: the heels tingle from the crystals, the body instinctively tenses up, and thoughts run through your head like "this is nonsense, I'm wasting my time." Breathing is shallow, and doubts get in the way. But suddenly something changes – the tingling turns into a pleasant pressure, breathing becomes deeper and slower, and the tension from the shoulders and back starts to let go. 3. Real silence appears inside: not just relaxation, but a deep calm, as if the inner noise of anxiety has been turned off. What physiotherapists say about the mechanism: Salt crystals create a natural micro-massage of the feet, an area with hundreds of nerve endings connected to the entire body. Mechanical pressure relaxes muscles, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, and reduces swelling and heaviness in the legs. Reflexogenic points on the feet signal to the brain "everything is fine, we are safe," switching the nervous system from "fight or flight" mode to the parasympathetic mode of recovery, regeneration, and calm. 4. It's like a reboot: the body comes out of chronic stress, and with it, accumulated emotions – resentment, anxiety, and fatigue – fade away. An hour after the practice: joints feel light, the head is clear without any fog, and the heart beats calmly. By morning, the effect accumulates: the face looks fresh without swelling, the back doesn't ache from sitting at work, and there is more mental space inside. Why this is ideal for the nervous system: your feet hold a "map" of organs, the stimulation of which quickly calms the sympathetic system.

Anant Bandha(Endless - Knot)

Looking up at the mesmerizing Ananta-bandha (endless knot) and banana bud decorative pendant carved directly into the ceiling of the Chennakeshava Temple in Somanathpura.✨ Consecrated in 1268 CE under the Hoysala Empire, this masterpiece is a testament to ancient Indian architecture, geometry, and engineering.🇮🇳
