Shilajit - made in your kitchen!

Fry 2- garlic pods in a cast-iron pan. It would create delicious, golden, crispy bits or soft, sweet cloves. Keep the key low to prevent burning. Put off the gas and let it cool for some time. Add one spoon of honey and a crushed clove in the fried garlic. Enjoy the strength of real Shilajit.
