Happiness at any cost!

A rich woman went to her Guruji and sought his help in gaining ‘Happiness’. Guruji introduced her to a middle-age woman who used to do cleaning in the ashram. Gurgji enquired about that woman's secret of her happiness. She narrated her past life when she had lost her husband and son in an accident and she had lost complete interest in life. She used to ask for a life-end from the almighty. Then one day, a little kitten followed her while she was returning home from work. It was very cold outside so I let that kitten in the house. Arranged little milk for that kitten and ensured that the kitten was relaxed. After a long time the woman felt relaxed and gained a smile on her face. It made her realize that ‘Helping others draws happiness’. Since then she ensures that she is able to help others and feel a relaxed expression in others’ faces. Happiness cannot be bought by any amount of money. You gain happiness by giving happiness to others.
