How to gain “Deeper sleep” in a short time?

You can gain “Deeper sleep” without going through a long exercise of ‘Reading a book’ or taking a ‘Sleeping pill’. Just follow the 3-steps approach and sleep within the shortest time. After lying in your bed, inhale counting upto 4 and the exhale counting upto 8. Follow this exercise for 20-times. Relax your tongue. Try to turn your tongue within your mouth, turning its tip towards your food-pipe. Maintain it till you are counting for ‘Inhale-exhale’ exercise. Finally concentrate your attention on your feet - mentally feel its slight movement. Above exercise need little practice of few days and soon you would be able to gain “The tip to gain deeper sleep” In the morning you would wake-up with complete freshness.
