Attracting female customers!

When a marketing stunt meets the internet’s sense of humor. 👙😆 In 2016, a gas station in Russia announced a promotion offering a free full tank of fuel to anyone who showed up wearing a bikini. The idea was meant to attract female customers and create buzz. But the plan backfired in the funniest way possible. Instead of women, dozens of men showed up wearing bikinis, some even adding high heels just to follow the rules perfectly. Within minutes crowds formed and the fuel line stretched down the street. The promotion was only supposed to be a clever marketing stunt. Instead it turned into a chaotic scene and the station shut it down after about three hours. Turns out when you write rules too literally… people will follow them very literally. 😅
