Improve blood circulation!
*It is a simple yoga practice called the opposite posture. Doing this can benefit the body.
Benefits
✔ Helps reduce leg fatigue and swelling
✔ Helps improve blood circulation (Blood Circulation) in the body
✔ Helpful in reducing mental stress and anxiety
✔ Helps balance digestion
✔ Relief from long standing or walking fatigue
The method of doing
Lay back near a clean wall.
Keep both your legs straight up with the back of the wall.
Keep hands comfortable next to the body.
Stay in this situation for 5-10 minutes while breathing normal.
⚠ If anyone has severe disease, high blood pressure or eye problems, seek expert advice before practicing this.
