Swimming stone in water - Pumice!
There is a rock in the world called Pumice, and surprisingly this rock can easily swim on water.
π This stone is formed on the eruption of a volcano. When the hot lava cools down fast, it becomes a lot of little holes (air bubbles). These holes make it light.
πThat's why Pumice is very less weight and it starts swimming instead of drowning in water. Many times thousands of stones have been seen swimming together in the sea.
π² This is why this stone is considered a unique and interesting example in the world of science.
