Release Lower-Back tension!
Hold this position for 2 minutes daily
This position gently brings your spine into rotation and can help release tension in your lower back. Especially if you sit a lot or don’t move much, this is exactly the kind of movement your body is often missing. Over time, that lack of movement can lead to more pressure building up in the lower back.
At the same time, you’re opening up your hips and chest. This supports a more upright posture and helps your body distribute load more evenly instead of everything ending up in your lower back.
If you do this in the evening and focus on slow, controlled breathing, it can also help calm your nervous system. It’s a simple way to unwind, reduce stress, and prepare your body for sleep.
It’s not a magic fix for everything, but it’s an easy habit you can build into your day. Even just 2 minutes daily can make a real difference over time.
