Ease tension in your lower back!
Hold this position for 5 minutes in the evening
This position helps you slow down after a long day. Elevating your legs supports blood flow back toward your upper body, which can reduce that heavy or tired feeling in your legs. At the same time, your spine is in a supported, low-load position, which can help ease tension in your lower back.
But the biggest benefit is your nervous system. Your body gets the signal that there’s no more demand or stress, which can help you shift into a more relaxed state. That’s especially valuable in the evening when you’re trying to wind down and prepare for sleep.
This isn’t a magic fix and it doesn’t replace proper training. That’s not the goal. The goal is to give you simple things you can actually do consistently.
That’s exactly why I create these posts. To give you small, practical habits you can easily add to your day, even if you’re busy.
Because in the end, it’s not about doing everything perfectly. It’s about what you do consistently.
