Reduce bacteria and whiten your teeth through an ayurvedic exercise, daily in the morning, before brushing your teeth. Swish 1 tablespoon of edible oil (coconut or sesame) in the mouth for 10–20 minutes and spit it out. Ensure you do not swallow it.
It can be performed every morning, empty stomach. The oil will turn thin and milky white once the process is complete. Oil pulling exercise improves oral health.
