Metropolitans around the world are battling traffic jams and vehicle encroachments on the roads today but Japan has found a solid and strict cure to the problem that every country should immediately adopt. According to Japan law, no one can buy a new car until he obtains the 'parking certificate' (Shako Shomeisho) that there is a private and safe place to park a vehicle in or around his home. This one rule has completely freed Japanese roads from illegal parking and crowded, which never troubles pedestrians and emergency vehicles. In countries like India where people buy vehicles worth lakhs but encroach government roads to park them, this rule may prove to be a rule. This law teaches that it is very important to have infrastructure and responsibility before gathering facilities. If India's cities are also jam free, then it will be a very compulsory and bold step to guarantee parking before selling vehicles.
