Saree - an immortal culture!

In India, saree is not just a cloth, but a tradition whose roots are suppressed in thousands of years old history. It is believed that the existence of the saree is associated with the Indu valley civilization i.e. around 2800-2500 AD. At that time women used to wear unstitched long dresses, whose way of wearing was the same as today's saree. Times changed, civilizations changed, but this dress never disappeared but it became even brighter. During the Vedic period, the saree was called "Nivi" or "Antariya", while in the secret period it became a symbol of pride and culture. Interestingly, Saree is one of the most selected traditional outfits in the world that has never been out of fashion even after thousands of years. Today in India, the saree has become not just a dress, but the identity and pride of women. Whether it is marriage, festival or any special occasion, Saree has always maintained its status. This outfit not only enhances beauty, but also reflects the depth of Indian culture and the dignity of women. Hundreds of weaving, colours and designs from Banarasi to Kanjivaram, the saree has proved that it is not fashion, it is an immortal culture that even time could not weaken.
