Everyone wants to be healthy. To gain something you have to lose something, this saying is true. In order to maintain good health we have to sacrifice some more bad habits, only then we can handle it. ✅
🧓To stay healthy :-
*wake up early in the morning. Try to rise before sunrise if possible. Waking up in the morning gives full of life strength. Stay away from laziness all day and lungs stay healthy. ✅
* 👩🏻 Drink water kept in Tamrapatra as soon as you wake up. Might drink fresh water if not possible. The toilet comes easily by consuming water in the morning. Keep in mind that keeping teeth wet while punching makes them stronger. Do rinse after searching. ✅
👧* Regular yoga practice makes the thoughts of the mind pure and satvik. Body is flexible, strong bones and smooth blood circulation. Pranayama helps in calming the mind and keeping the lungs strong. ✅
👩 🍳*Eating more than mouth, eating without appetite, eating untimely, eating more spicy, eating fried invites diseases. It is good to be careful with this kind of food. ✅
