Incentive for 'Getting Married'!

South Korea is paying people to get married. ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ’ With the world’s lowest birth rate, South Korea is expanding incentives to encourage marriage and families. In Busan’s Saha District, couples can receive up to $38,000 through a government backed matchmaking program, covering dating, engagement and honeymoon costs. National benefits also include newborn grants, expanded IVF support, better parental leave and housing incentives. Despite spending over $200 billion on birth rate policies in the past 16 years, the country’s fertility rate remains the world’s lowest.
