Pumpkin seeds - endless advantages!
Did you know? Pumpkin seeds are one of the richest plant-based sources of zinc, an essential mineral involved in immune function, wound healing, reproduction, and many aspects of overall health.
Zinc plays an important role in male reproductive health, and mild zinc deficiency can occur in some people—particularly those with certain medical conditions, restrictive diets, or poor nutrient absorption. However, not all men over 40 are zinc deficient, and deficiency should not be assumed without appropriate evaluation.
Research has associated pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed extract with several potential health benefits, including:
