Former Rajya Sabha MP Jawhar Sircar has strongly criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s cabinet, calling it the “worst since Independence” in a sharp social media post.
In his remarks on X, Sircar accused several Union ministers of poor performance and questioned their handling of key responsibilities. He specifically named ministers including Dharmendra Pradhan, Nirmala Sitharaman, S Jaishankar, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hardeep Singh Puri and Giriraj Singh while attacking the government’s functioning.
His comments have sparked fresh political debate online, with supporters backing his criticism and others defending the government’s record and ministers.
