Radhikaraje Gaekwad lives in the grand Lakshmi Vilas Palace, one of the largest private homes in the world. This palace is said to be about 61 times bigger than Antilia, the home of Mukesh Ambani.
Its value is estimated at around ₹24,000 crore. Built in 1890 by Sayajirao Gaekwad III, the palace spreads across 700 acres and has around 170 rooms.
It also includes big gardens, a swimming pool, horse stables, and even a private golf course. Today, Samarjitsinh Gaekwad and his family live in one part, while the rest is open as a museum. This palace reflects India’s rich royal history and timeless luxury.
