Seed Therapy!
Does a small seed have enough power to remove the biggest pain from the root? Know the magical science of 'seed therapy'! 🌿
In today's hustle life, as soon as we feel pain somewhere, we immediately run to painkiller. But did you know that without medicines, with just a small seed (Seed) and the right information you can cure chronic pain, such as back pain, nerve problems and inflammation? This is called seed therapy, which is an important part of Sujok Therapy.
History and Invention (Origin & History)
Professor Park Jay Wu, father of Seed Therapy and Sujok Therapy (Prof. Park Jae Woo was a renowned scientist and healer from South Korea. In the late 1980s, they put 'Sujok' (Su=hand, Jok=foot) medical system before the world.
Professor Park detailed his famous books, such as "Sujok Therapy" and "Seed Therapy", how our hands and legs are a 'mini-reflection' of the human body. He developed a simple and effective technology that anyone can adopt at home by combining thousands of years of ancient medical methods with modern science.
What is the scientific base of seed therapy?
Seed is the greatest power of nature. There is a possibility (Potential) of becoming a whole tree within a small seed. According to Sujok science, seeds possess its own biological energy (Biological Energy) and its own 'magnetic field'.
When we paste the seed with the help of tape at the 'Correspondence Point' of a painful place, that life force of the seed starts communicating with that painful part of our body. This seed soothes negative energy of pain and sends rejuvenation energy into that part of the body.
How does this method work?
Crespondence Systems: The palm of our hand contains a full body map. As the thumb represents the head, the middle part of the palm to the stomach, and fingers to feet and hands.
Seed selection: Seed is chosen according to the type of pain. For example, Rajma (Kidney beans), pepper for inflammation, and pepper for nerve (Nerve) pain.
Application: finding the pain point and seed is pasted on it. Pressure in the middle of the pressure activates the nerves of that point and increases blood circulation.
The benefits of seed therapy:
Without side effects: it's all natural.
Affordable and accessible: seeds are available in our kitchen.
Self healing: You can do it anywhere, anytime.
Chronic Pain Relief: It's good in healing chronic injuries or nerve pain.
The method of use:
First recognize the point on your arm that matches the pain part (the Sujok Chart may help).
Press that point with a prob or thumb, planting seeds where it hurts the most.
Place a seed on a surgical tape and stick it to that point.
Lightly press that seed every 2-3 hours so that its energy is active.
Remove seeds after 8-10 hours. (Note: Never reuse a used seed, because it drains negative energy of the body).
Caution: Seed therapy is a supplementary therapy. This is not an alternative to doctor's advice in serious injuries, fractures or emergencies. If you are pregnant or have a serious disease, always do it under expert care.
