Homesick Camel returns to original owners!

The story of a homesick camel. The story became widely reported in July 2020 after the camel reportedly escaped from its new owner in June and travelled about 100 kilometres, or 62 miles, to reach its former home. A herdsman found the animal injured along the way and helped care for it while its owners were traced. Its former owners, a couple named Temur and Naren, were deeply moved when they learned what had happened. They arranged to exchange a younger, three year old female camel for their older animal. The couple said they would never sell it again and intended to care for it for the rest of its life. They also tied a traditional Mongolian hada, a ceremonial scarf, around its neck to welcome it home. 🐫🤔✍️💯👍🐫
