Know your mother!
No mother ever truly leaves.
She remains—in your kindness, your strength, and every love you pass forward.
A mother’s love is the only letter that never fails to arrive.
“When you feel cold, place your hand on your chest.
The warmth you feel is my heart—still beating for you.”
Mothers never truly die.
She simply hides inside her children’s hearts, so the pain feels softer.”
Alex Honnold performed a high-stakes stunt!
Alex Honnold performed a high-stakes stunt by scaling the 101-story Taipei 101 Tower in Taiwan. The building stands at approximately 1,667 feet tall, and he chose to complete the entire ascent without using any ropes or safety equipment.
The climb took roughly 90 minutes to finish while he was being filmed for a global audience. Netflix reportedly paid Honnold $500,000 to capture and broadcast the entire process, showing the reality of scaling a skyscraper with nothing to catch a fall.
“A government of petticoats”
A Cherokee woman could end a marriage with one simple act: she would place her husband’s belongings outside the door.
That’s it.
The marriage was over.
No court.
No priest.
No permission from her father, brothers, or male elders.
Cherokee women endured.
They preserved the language.
They passed down stories in secret.
They maintained maternal line kinship even as the state tried to erase it.
When European colonizers arrived in the southeastern part of North America in the 17th and 18th centuries, they ran into something that shattered their idea of how society was “supposed” to work.
They saw a sophisticated civilization where women held real power.
Not symbolic.
Not “respected within the home.”
But genuine political, economic, and legal authority.
And today, Cherokee Nation citizenship is determined through documented lineage — and in many families, maternal lines are still honored.
This was not an exception
Cherokee women’s power was not an accident.
It is proof that a full alternative to patriarchy once existed.
Proof that male domination is not universal, and not inevitable.
It is a structure some societies chose — and others rejected.
What it teaches us
When someone claims inequality is “natural” —
remember the Cherokee woman who ended her marriage with dignity, on her own land, in a nation where her voice mattered.
Remember that there was once a world where:
women owned property
women spoke without permission
women controlled resources
women decided war and peace
women passed down identity
Other worlds existed.
And what once existed can exist again — if we dare to build it.
So the real question is:
What kind of world are we brave enough to imagine?
Spray perfume on thicker skin - Not your Neck!
Rethink your morning routine: Common perfumes contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals that may pose long-term risks to thyroid health when applied directly to the neck.
While a single spray of perfume is not an immediate poison, health experts are raising concerns about the long-term impact of synthetic fragrances on the endocrine system. The thyroid gland, located just beneath the skin at the front of the neck, is particularly vulnerable because the skin in this area is thinner and more vascular than on other parts of the body. This allows endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), such as phthalates and synthetic musks, to be absorbed more readily into the bloodstream. Over time, repeated exposure to these substances can mimic or block natural hormones, potentially interfering with the delicate signaling pathways that regulate your metabolism and overall hormonal balance.
To minimize these risks without giving up your favorite scents, experts recommend adjusting how and where you apply fragrance. Instead of spraying directly onto the sensitive skin of the neck, consider applying perfume to your clothing or to areas with thicker skin, such as your wrists or behind the knees. You can also look for "clean" products labeled as phthalate-free and paraben-free to reduce your cumulative chemical load. These simple shifts in application can significantly decrease direct exposure to hormone-sensitive tissues, providing a safer way to enjoy fragrances while protecting your long-term thyroid health.
Relieve muscle tension!
Rolling a tennis ball under your glutes is a simple yet effective way to relieve muscle tension, ease lower back pain, and improve hip mobility. This technique, known as self-myofascial release, targets tight muscles such as the gluteus maximus, gluteus medius, and the piriformis. These muscles can become tense from prolonged sitting, poor posture, or repetitive movements. When tight, they can place pressure on nearby nerves, including the sciatic nerve, leading to discomfort, stiffness, or even radiating pain down the legs. By applying gentle, sustained pressure with a tennis ball, the muscles relax, blood flow improves, and trigger points that cause discomfort are released. Studies have shown that this form of self-massage can significantly reduce lower back pain, decrease muscle soreness, and temporarily increase flexibility and joint range of motion.
While rolling a tennis ball under the glutes may help reduce tension and improve mobility, it is important to understand that it works on the muscles surrounding the sciatic nerve rather than directly “releasing” the nerve itself. The relief experienced comes from relaxing the tight muscles that may irritate the nerve. For people with mild to moderate discomfort caused by muscle tightness, this technique can be highly beneficial. It is particularly useful for improving hip mobility, as tight glutes and piriformis muscles can restrict movement and affect posture. Releasing tension in these muscles helps restore a greater range of motion, making everyday movements such as walking, bending, or sitting more comfortable.
The benefits of tennis ball rolling go beyond just relieving pain. Regular use can also support overall muscle health by promoting circulation, reducing stiffness, and preventing chronic tension from developing. Combining this practice with stretching and strengthening exercises can provide even greater improvements in mobility, posture, and functional movement. It is also a low-cost, accessible, and non-invasive method for self-care that can easily be integrated into daily routines. However, it is important to perform this practice correctly and gently, as pressing too hard or on sensitive areas can cause bruising or discomfort. Rolling should never cause sharp or shooting pain, numbness, or tingling, which may indicate underlying issues that require professional evaluation.
While this technique is useful for muscle-related discomfort, it is not a replacement for medical care in cases of serious spinal problems, herniated discs, or chronic nerve compression. Individuals with such conditions should consult a healthcare professional before attempting self-myofascial release. For most people, though, rolling a tennis ball under the glutes offers a safe and effective way to support muscle relaxation, alleviate lower back pain, and improve hip flexibility. It is a reminder that small, consistent acts of self-care can make a significant difference in overall health, mobility, and quality of life.
WALK - causes remarkable changes in BRAIN!
A simple 20-minute walk can create remarkable changes in the brain, enhancing mental clarity, focus, and overall physical performance. Research across neuroscience, psychology, and exercise physiology consistently shows that even brief periods of moderate activity can improve brain function, emotional well-being, and cognitive abilities.
Extended sitting slows blood circulation, including the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the brain. This reduction in circulation can limit neural stimulation and reduce brain efficiency, leading to symptoms like brain fog, slower thinking, decreased concentration, and mental fatigue. Over time, a sedentary lifestyle is linked to poorer cognitive performance and a higher risk of neurological decline. Imaging studies often reveal decreased activity in crucial brain regions after prolonged inactivity, highlighting the importance of regular movement.
Walking for just 20 minutes triggers an almost immediate response in the brain. Increased physical activity raises the heart rate and improves blood flow, delivering oxygen-rich blood to neural tissue. This boost in circulation enhances synaptic plasticity and neuronal firing, supporting learning, memory formation, and adaptability. Brain scans show heightened activity in areas like the prefrontal cortex, which manages decision-making and attention, and the hippocampus, which plays a key role in memory and learning.
Walking also promotes the release of vital neurotransmitters. Dopamine enhances focus and motivation, serotonin supports mood regulation and emotional stability, and norepinephrine improves alertness and stress response. These chemical changes help explain why people often feel more energized, calm, and mentally sharp after even a short walk.
Additionally, walking increases levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), a protein essential for neuron growth, repair, and resilience. Higher BDNF levels are linked to better memory, reduced anxiety, and a lower risk of neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s and dementia. Walking also reduces inflammation, which is associated with cognitive aging and mental health challenges.
Beyond the brain, walking benefits the entire body. It supports cardiovascular health, improves metabolic function, enhances joint mobility, and boosts energy levels. Muscles receive more oxygen, toxins are cleared efficiently, and the nervous system achieves better balance.
In summary, a 20-minute walk can shift the brain from a low-activity state to one of peak performance. This simple, low-cost activity is a powerful tool for enhancing mental clarity, emotional well-being, productivity, and long-term brain health. Incorporating even short walks into daily routines can have lasting benefits for both mind and body.

A brave woman, a doctor, and a pioneer for women’s rights in India!
The judge told her she had two choices: go to jail for six months, or go and live with her husband.
She was only 22 years old, and she had never even met that man.
She chose jail.
Then she wrote letters that later helped change Indian law.
Bombay, 1885
Rukhmabai was sitting in a courtroom. A man she did not know was saying that she was his wife and must live with him.
His name was Dadaji Bhikaji. According to the law, they were married. The marriage had happened when she was 11 years old. It was arranged by her stepfather. She had no choice and did not understand what was happening.
After the ceremony, she went back to her mother’s home. This was common at that time. Young girls stayed with their parents until they grew older.
Then her life changed.
Her stepfather passed away. Later, her mother married again. This time, her new stepfather was a doctor named Sakharam Arjun. He believed girls should be educated.
For the first time, Rukhmabai had a choice.
She chose to study.
She learned English, mathematics, and science. By the time she was in her twenties, she was one of the most educated women in Bombay. She clearly knew that she did not want to live in a marriage forced on her when she was a child.
But Dadaji had other plans.
In 1884, he went to court. He asked the judge to force Rukhmabai to come and live with him as his wife.
He said, “We are legally married.”
Rukhmabai said something very bold for that time:
“I was a child. I did not agree to this marriage. I do not accept this man as my husband.”
People were shocked. In those days, child marriage was common. Many believed it was part of tradition and religion.
The case became very famous. Newspapers in India and England wrote about it. Some people criticized her. Others supported her.
Rukhmabai did not stay quiet.
She wrote letters to newspapers using the name “A Hindoo Lady.” In these letters, she asked important questions:
Why can girls be married so young but not educated?
Why are traditions followed without thinking about girls’ happiness?
Why are girls not allowed to choose their own lives?
Her words reached many people.
But the law was still against her.
In 1887, the judge said she must either go and live with Dadaji or go to jail for six months.
Rukhmabai calmly said she would rather go to jail.
This was a very brave decision for a young woman in that time.
People across the country began discussing her case. Social reformers supported her. Many others opposed her.
Finally, the British government stepped in because the case had become very controversial. They convinced Dadaji to withdraw the case after receiving some money.
Rukhmabai was free.
But she did not stop there.
Her case showed something very serious: the legal age for girls in marriage was only 10 years.
This shocked many people.
In 1891, a new law was passed. The age was raised from 10 to 12. It was still low, but it was the first step toward protecting young girls.
Rukhmabai’s courage played an important role in this change.
After this, she made another bold decision.
She decided to become a doctor.
At that time, very few women studied medicine. Many colleges refused her. So she went to England to study at the London School of Medicine for Women.
People raised money to help her go there.
She studied for six years and became a qualified doctor in 1895.
She returned to India as Dr. Rukhmabai.
She worked for many years treating women and children. Many women felt comfortable going to her because they could not visit male doctors.
She also supported education for girls and spoke about social reform.
She never married again. She dedicated her life to helping others.
Rukhmabai lived a long life and passed away in 1955 at the age of 91.
For many years, her story was forgotten. But today, she is remembered as one of the first women in India to stand up for her rights.
She showed that a girl who had no choice at 11 could grow into a woman who changed laws and helped society.
Because of her, many girls later found it easier to choose education and freedom.
The judge gave her two choices: jail or submission.
She chose jail. Then she chose education. Then she chose to become a doctor. Then she chose to help others.
Her courage opened the door for many women after her.
Dr. Rukhmabai (1864–1955)

Cramps in legs - Ayurvedic approach!
Leg Cramps -
Ayurvedic treatment for TRIDOSH!
Ayurvedic Tridosha Treatment - What to do if all the three wat, bile and cough get spoiled?
When all three defects get worsened – this is called sanipat – the most challenging situation in Ayurveda is when all three defects of the body – vat, gile and cuff – become unbalanced together. This situation is called sanipat.
This is where people make the biggest mistake. They start the medicine or remedy to cure one fault and unknowingly the other fault gets worse.
Today we will talk about five ways based on the same Ayurvedic principles, which can balance all three defects together and get the body back on track.
Why do tridos spoil - what is the real root?
According to Ayurveda, the imbalance of Tridosh starts when Jathragni i.e. digestive fire weakens.
Due to the weak fire, common toxins start accumulating in the body and this is where the chain reaction of diseases starts.
This is why the treatment always starts with correcting fire, not medicine.
Step 1: Violation - Let the body cleanse itself
First of all drink lumming water for three days and take the thin khichdi of moong dal.
In Ayurveda this is called violation.
The logic is clean - only when the load on the system is low, the body will be able to clean itself. It's like resetting the body.
Why is it necessary to balance first?
Ayurveda has a basic principle -
“वायुना विना दोषाणां गतिर्नास्ति”
Meaning, bile and cuffs can't even move without a waste.
So when all three faults are bad, it is necessary to calm down the air first.
The simplest solution to balance arthritis
Daily light massage with sesame oil.
It eliminates body dryness and calms the nervous system.
Second step: Why is ghee necessary for bile?
Gile doesn't mean just heat, but also overactive metabolism.
Desi ghee cools the bile, but does not weaken the fire.
That is why ghee is called nectar in Ayurveda for gall balance.
Step 3: Honey and Movement for the Cuff
The nature of cough is heavy and root.
Honey bites the cuff and light exercise does not allow the cuff to freeze.
Take note - always take raw honey, not heat it.
What should the diet be when all three defects are bad?
A diet that is neither too cold nor too hot.
Ayurveda calls it normal diet.
Now start these five changes to your plate from today.
1. Cereal - light but nutritious
Reduce heavy wheat bread at the moment.
His place:
Old rice
Barley
Moong lentils
Moong lentils are the only lentils that balances the three of them, bile and cuff.
2. Vegetables - always cooked
Stop the raw onion at all. This sparks up the talk.
Always eat cooked vegetables like:
Lowkey
Torai
Pumpkin
Parwal
These are light to digest and don't put a burden on the system.
3. Fruit - Not every fruit is for you
The safest fruits are at the moment:
Pomegranate
Papaya
Keep distance now from very sour or very sweet fruits.
4. Spices - less but true
Keep the red pepper out of the kitchen for now.
His place:
Cumin
धनिया
Fennel
These three together improve digestion without provoking the bile.
5. Cooking Fat - Why Desi Ghee is the best?
Leave the refined oil.
Desi Ghee:
Makes the talk smooth
Calm down the gall
Doesn't let the cuff freeze
That's why this tridos is the safest fat of balance.
Don't understand the beginning? Do this
Just eat Moong Dal Khichdi for 3 to 7 days.
It works like a factory reset for your digestive system.
Some things that work on all three faults
1. आंवला
The only fruit that:
Cools down the bile
Calm down the talk
Makes the cuff dry
2. Giloy
This is called Tridosh Shamak.
It cleanses the blood and builds balance in the body.
3. Triphala - Take it Right
Take the night with lumming water - pulls out the wind and gile
Take with honey - bites the cuff
Taking medicine but eating the wrong food?
So the tridos will never be fine.
Avoid dieting against these:
Salt with milk or sour fruit
Curd at night
Cold water
Cold water spoils water and cuff instantly.
Time Following - Ayurveda's Most Ignored Rule
Sleep till 10pm
Wake up in the morning Brahma Muhurta
Find Anulom-Vilom or Pulse for 15 minutes daily
This life balances the air and stabilizes all three faults.
Conclusion
To balance the Tridosh:
Improve digestion
Insert amla and giloy
Avoid the opposite diet
Treatment of tridos demands patience, but effort made in the right direction gives permanent balance to the body.

Our parents are ERASERS!
Pencil: I’m sorry.
Eraser: Sorry for what?
Pencil: I’m sorry that you get hurt because of me. Every time I make a mistake, you’re right there, quietly erasing it. You help me move forward, but each time you do, you lose a little part of yourself. You grow smaller… weaker… worn down.
Eraser: That’s true. But I don’t mind at all.
I was made for this. I was made to stand by you when you go wrong, to help you begin again. Even if one day I fade away, even if I’m gone before you notice… my purpose will have been fulfilled.
Seeing you continue, seeing you grow — that’s what makes me happy.
So please don’t be sad. Nothing would hurt me more than knowing you carry guilt in your heart.
Reflection
Our parents are just like the eraser, and we are the pencil.
They are always there — silently correcting our mistakes, shielding us from consequences, and helping us start over. In doing so, they give away pieces of themselves: their strength, their time, their youth. They grow older, softer, and tired… all so we can keep writing our lives a little better each day.
Moral
Love your parents while you can.
Be gentle with them.
Be patient with their silences and their wrinkles.
One day, the eraser will be gone — but the marks of their love will remain forever on the pages of your life.
Best Balancing Exercises!

SELF-HELP by EFT Tapping!
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or “Tapping” is a body/mind self-help method that is easy to learn and flexible enough to be used by anyone. It involves tapping with fingertips on acupuncture points on the hands, face and body while giving focused attention to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings.
When we are willing to face negative emotions like guilt, hurt, fear or anger while tapping (instead of trying to fight them or push them away), we can experience surprising relief. After just a few rounds of EFT tapping, for example, people often report feeling lighter, calmer and able to breathe more easily.
In addition to providing relief from stress when we need it, EFT tapping can be also used therapeutically to help us address the roots of our problems and make lasting changes.
EFT is validated by ongoing scientific research. Visit our EFT Research Database to learn more.

We’re missing part of the aircraft!
The plane was coming apart at 33,000 feet… and her voice on the radio sounded like she was ordering lunch.
April 17, 2018. Flight Southwest 1380 takes off from New York to Dallas.
149 people on board. Drinks are served. The Boeing 737 climbs smoothly toward cruising altitude. Everything feels normal.
Then the left engine explodes.
The blast is so violent that Captain Tammie Jo Shults briefly thinks they’ve collided with another aircraft. Metal fragments tear through the fuselage like bullets. Window 14A shatters instantly. The cabin depressurizes with terrifying force — air rushing out at brutal speed.
A passenger seated by that window is partially sucked outside. Several people throw themselves forward, gripping her legs and torso, fighting the pull of the vacuum to bring her back in. Oxygen masks drop. Alarms scream. The aircraft rolls hard to the left and begins to descend. Smoke pours into the cockpit.
In the cabin, some passengers send what they believe will be their final messages:
“I love you.”
“Tell the kids I’m sorry.”
Crew members shout instructions through chaos. Many are convinced the plane is breaking apart in midair.
And in the middle of that nightmare… Tammie Jo Shults grabs the radio.
Her voice is perfectly calm.
“Southwest 1380, we’re operating on one engine,” she says, as if reporting a minor issue.
“We’re missing part of the aircraft, so we’ll need to slow down a bit.”
Air traffic control asks if there’s fire.
“No, no fire,” she replies steadily.
“But we are missing a part. I’ve been told there’s a hole, and someone went out.”
No panic. No drama.
Just information — delivered with surgical precision.
That level of composure wasn’t luck.
It was built over decades.
You R not alone!
Unseen, uplifting, and quietly powerful — in Australia, generosity now hangs on display.
Kindness walls appear in public spaces with simple envelopes pinned in rows — each holding a few bills, no names, no questions. Shared anonymously by strangers, the money is meant for anyone facing a hard moment, a missed meal, or a silent struggle. There’s no shame, only trust, and a quiet message: you’re not alone.
It’s support without spotlight — not because problems disappear, but because compassion can be as discreet as it is deep. Sometimes, help comes folded in paper, waiting gently on a wall.
Therapy through tradition!
Gentle, wise, and quietly transformative — in parts of Africa, healing now sits under the shade of a tree.
Grandmothers, deeply rooted in community and experience, are trained as lay therapists. With chairs placed beneath branches, they offer free counselling — no clinics, no white coats, just stories, listening, and steady warmth. Their presence is familiar, their advice seasoned, their care unconditional. For many, it’s the first time mental health feels close, safe, and human.
It’s therapy through tradition — not because science is absent, but because sometimes healing begins with someone who knows your name and holds your hand as you speak.
FREE Tool Libraries!
Practical, shared, and quietly sustainable — in Sweden, neighborhoods now borrow more than just time.
Free tool libraries have sprung up across communities, stocked with high-quality drills, saws, ladders, and more. Instead of buying new equipment for a single task, residents simply check out what they need — saving money, reducing clutter, and cutting down on waste. It’s not just tools on shelves, but trust in motion.
It’s repair by cooperation — not because people can’t afford their own, but because sharing builds stronger homes, lighter footprints, and neighborhoods that work — together.
Dissolving Cataract!
Precise, hopeful, and quietly groundbreaking — new eye drops are changing how the world sees, quite literally.
Developed as a non-surgical treatment, these drops contain compounds that dissolve the cloudy proteins causing cataracts. With regular use, vision clears, surgery is avoided, and the burden of blindness begins to lift — especially in regions where access to operating rooms is scarce. For millions, it's not just cheaper; it's life returned through a bottle.
It’s healing by simplicity — not because surgery is flawed, but because innovation can sometimes drip quietly into the eye and open it to the world again.
Hiding behind a pole!
There’s this little girl who honestly believes a skinny pole can make her invisible to her dad, and watching her try is just pure childhood logic.
Her dad is doing that classic parent thing, slowly looking around the room with that “okay, where is she, I’m about to say something” face. The moment she notices his eyes moving, she understands that she might be in trouble. But instead of running away or hiding behind something big, she calmly walks over to this thin pole and steps right behind it, as if it’s a magic shield.
From there, she really commits. She presses her body against the pole and keeps sliding left and right so that, in her mind, she stays completely “hidden.” Every few seconds she leans out, peeks at her dad with this serious little spy face, and then snaps back behind the pole like she’s in a secret mission.
What makes it even sweeter is that this is actually very normal for kids. Many children truly believe, “If I can’t see you very well, maybe you can’t see me either.” It’s that funny mix of panic, hope, and confidence that only kids have.

Barbra Streisand - Times Magazine!
BOOM! Barbra Streisand Just Set the Internet on Fire — and Washington Is Shaking!
READ MORE: https://avexia.biz/.../boom-barbra-streisand-just-set...
In a bombshell new TIME Magazine interview, Hollywood legend and EGOT winner Barbra Streisand didn’t hold back, calling D.o.n.a.l.d T.r.u.m.p “a dangerous demagogue who threatens the very fabric of our democracy” and issuing a stark warning to America: “Wake up before the damage is irreversible.”
With the intellectual sharpness and political passion she is known for, she went straight to the point: “He is exactly why the Founding Fathers created a system of checks and balances — to protect the Republic from unchecked ego.”
The internet erupted within minutes. Fans are cheering ("SPEAK THE TRUTH, BABS!"), critics are stunned — and Washington is spiraling into chaos as Streisand’s comments dominate headlines, social media feeds, and political roundtables.
Barbra made one thing crystal clear: “We don’t need kings or authoritarian rule. We need leaders who respect the Constitution, the truth, and the people they are sworn to serve.”
Love her or hate her, Barbra Streisand just said what millions have been thinking — and she didn’t blink.

Thru a RAPIST EYE!
THOUGHT THIS WAS GOOD INFO TO PASS ALONG...
Through a rapist's eyes! A group of rapists and date rapists in prison were interviewed on what they look for in a potential victim and here are some interesting facts:
1] The first thing men look for in a potential victim is hairstyle. They are most likely to go after a woman with a ponytail, bun! , braid or other hairstyle that can easily be grabbed. They are also likely to go after a woman with long hair. Women with short hair are not common targets.
2] The second thing men look for is clothing. They will look for women whose clothing is easy to remove quickly. Many of them carry scissors around to cut clothing.
3] They also look for women using their cell phone, searching through their purse or doing other activities while walking because they are off guard and can be easily overpowered.
4] The number one place women are abducted from / attacked at is grocery store parking lots.
5] Number two is office parking lots/garages.
6] Number three is public restrooms.
7] The thing about these men is that they are looking to grab a woman and quickly move her to a second location where they don't have to worry about getting caught.
8] If you put up any kind of a fight at all, they get discouraged because it only takes a minute or two for them to realize that going after you isn't worth it because it will be time-consuming.
9] These men said they would not pick on women who have umbrellas, or other similar objects that can be used from a distance, in their hands.
10] Keys are not a deterrent because you have to get really close to the attacker to use them as a weapon. So, the idea is to convince these guys you're not worth it.
POINTS THAT WE SHOULD REMEMBER:
1] If someone is following behind you on a street or in a garage or with you in an elevator or stairwell, look them in the face and ask them a question, like what time is it, or make general small talk: can't believe it is so cold out here, we're in for a bad winter. Now that you've seen their faces and could identify them in a line- up, you lose appeal as a target.
2] If someone is coming toward you, hold out your hands in front of you and yell Stop or Stay back! Most of the rapists this man talked to said they'd leave a woman alone if she yelled or showed that she would not be afraid to fight back. Again, they are looking for an EASY target.
3] If you carry pepper spray (this instructor was a huge advocate of it and carries it with him wherever he goes,) yelling I HAVE PEPPER SPRAY and holding it out will be a deterrent.
4] If someone grabs you, you can't beat them with strength but you can do it by outsmarting them. If you are grabbed around the waist from behind, pinch the attacker either under the arm between the elbow and
armpit or in the upper inner thigh - HARD. One woman in a class this guy taught told him she used the underarm pinch on a guy who was trying to date rape her and was so upset she broke through the skin and tore out muscle strands the guy needed stitches. Try pinching yourself in those places as hard as you can stand it; it really hurts.
5] After the initial hit, always go for the groin. I know from a particularly unfortunate experience that if you slap a guy's parts it is extremely painful. You might think that you'll anger the guy and make him want to hurt you more, but the thing these rapists told our instructor is that they want a woman who will not cause him a lot of
trouble. Start causing trouble, and he's out of there.
6] When the guy puts his hands up to you, grab his first two fingers and bend them back as far as possible with as much pressure pushing down on them as possible. The instructor did it to me without using much pressure, and I ended up on my knees and both knuckles cracked
audibly.
7] Of course the things we always hear still apply. Always be aware of your surroundings, take someone with you if you can and if you see any odd behavior, don't dismiss it, and go with your instincts. You may feel little silly at the time, but you'd feel much worse if the guy really was trouble.
FINALLY, PLEASE REMEMBER THESE AS WELL....
I know you are smart enough to know these pointers but there will be some, where you will go "hmm I must remember that" After reading, forward it to someone you care about, never hurts to be careful in
this crazy world we live in.
1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do it.
2. Learned this from a tourist guide to New Orleans: if a robber asks for your wallet and/or purse, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you.... chances are that he is more interested in your wallet and/or purse than you and he will go for the wallet/purse. RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!
3. If you are ever thrown into the trunk of a car: Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm out the hole and start waving like crazy. The driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.
4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit
(doing their checkbook, or making a list, etc. DON'T DO THIS! The predator will be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, put a gun to your head, and tell you where to go. AS SOON AS YOU CLOSE the DOORS, LEAVE.
5. A few notes about getting into your car in a parking lot, or parking garage:
a. Be aware: look around your car as someone may be hiding at the passenger side, peek into your car, inside the passenger side floor, and in the back seat. (DO THIS TOO BEFORE RIDING A TAXI CAB).
b. If you! U are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door. Most serial killers attack their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.
c. Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the mall, or work, and get a guard /policeman to walk you back out. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)
6. ALWAYS take the elevator instead of the stairs. (Stairwells are horrible places to be alone and the perfect crime spot).
7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; and even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!
8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help" into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.
I'd like you to forward this to all the women you know. It may save a life. A candle is not dimmed by lighting another candle. I was going to send this to the ladies only, but guys, if you love your mothers,
wives, sisters, daughters, etc., you may want to pass it onto them, as well.
Send this to any woman you know that may need to be reminded that the world we live in has a lot of crazies in it and it's better safe than sorry.

Blind man in 'Half Marathon'!
A man who is blind made history by finishing the New York City Half Marathon with the help of guide dogs. He stood at the starting line with his team and felt the buzz of the crowd. People cheered and cameras flashed as he took his place among runners from all over the world. It was a quiet, proud moment for him and everyone who helped.
During the race, the guide dogs led him with calm and steady steps. They were well trained and knew how to keep him safe through busy streets and crowded turns. His friends and handlers ran beside him, giving gentle directions and encouragement. Together they moved mile after mile, trusting each other and keeping a steady pace.
Crossing the finish line, he smiled and raised his hands in triumph. This finish showed that with teamwork, training, and belief, people can reach big goals no matter the challenge. His run inspired many viewers and reminded people that courage and support can open new paths. The day became an important moment for the running community and for anyone dreaming of doing something great.
Bald eagle with damaged beak!
A bald eagle was shot by poachers and badly hurt. The gunshot damaged her beak so she could not pick up food or eat. She grew weak and could have died if no one helped. Good people found her and took her to a wildlife center. Vets and volunteers cleaned her wounds and gave her medicine while they looked for a way to help.
The team chose a modern plan: a 3D-printed prosthetic beak tip. They scanned the bird’s damaged beak and made a new piece to fit. The prosthetic was light and strong, and the team fixed it on carefully. At first the eagle needed time to learn how to use it. With patient training, gentle care, and small meals, she began to grip food and eat again.
The new beak gave the eagle a second chance to live. She grew stronger and had hope of returning to the wild. This story shows how people, science, and kindness can help animals hurt by cruelty. It also reminds us that poaching causes real harm, and that working together can save lives.
Graduate Dog-owners!
In some parts of Switzerland, you cannot own a dog right away. The rule says you must first take training classes and pass a short theory exam. This means people who want a dog need to learn basic skills and show they understand the rules before they can keep one. Often you must show a certificate when you register the dog.
The reason for this rule is to keep people and animals safe. Training classes teach how to care for a dog, how to handle it in public, and how to stop bad behavior. The theory exam checks that owners know local laws, vaccination rules, and how to prevent bites or accidents. The idea is that better-trained owners lead to calmer, healthier dogs.
For many people, the rules feel helpful. New owners learn important things and get support from trainers. Dogs are more likely to behave well, and neighborhoods may have fewer problems. Some people find it strict or expensive, but many see it as a way to protect both animals and people. Overall, it encourages responsible dog ownership in those areas.
Black roses of Turkey!
On the lands of Turkey, there are rare black roses that grow naturally. These flowers look different from the usual roses you see. Their dark petals catch your eye and make you stop for a moment. People who live nearby often feel proud and surprised to have such a rare sight in their own fields.
The roses get their strength from the Euphrates River. The river’s water and the soil around it help the plants grow strong and healthy. Farmers and gardeners who care for the land say the river makes the roses special. Without that steady water, these black blooms might not be able to survive.
Seeing these roses feels like finding a small miracle in nature. They remind us that the earth still holds surprises and beauty in quiet places. Visitors come to see them and learn how the river and soil work together to make something so rare. The black roses of Turkey stay as a gentle but powerful sign of nature’s wonder.
Cover your mouth while sneezing!
When you sneeze, your body expels tiny droplets from your mouth at an impressive speed. These droplets can travel as fast as 100 miles per hour, making sneezing a surprisingly forceful action. The force behind the sneeze is your body’s way of expelling irritants quickly, ensuring that they don’t linger in your respiratory system. This high-speed spray of droplets helps remove unwanted particles and germs, which can be especially important for protecting your airways. Despite the speed, the droplets themselves are microscopic and can linger in the air, which is why it’s always good practice to cover your mouth while sneezing to prevent spreading germs.
YOUR HEART DOES NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH TO PUSH BLOOD UPWARD!
YOUR HEART DOES NOT HAVE THE STRENGTH TO PUSH BLOOD UPWARD
⚙️ IT’S BASIC PHYSICS: your calves are your “auxiliary engine.”
Do you feel heaviness in your legs 🦶, chronic fatigue 😴, or poor circulation?
There is a pressure-based mechanism that sports biomechanics is prioritizing in 2026 🔬.
This is not just about training — it’s a hydraulic necessity 💧.
Your heart is excellent at pumping blood downward thanks to gravity ⬇️,
but sending blood up from your feet ⬆️ requires force that the main engine (the heart) cannot generate on its own.
👉 If your calf muscles don’t contract, your circulatory system collapses ⚠️.
⸻
🩸 VENOUS RETURN FACT:
Venous return depends almost entirely on the calf muscle pump.
Every time you walk 🚶♂️ or move, your leg muscles compress the veins and shoot blood back to the chest, overcoming gravity 🌍⬆️.
Weak or sedentary legs 🪑 force the heart to work under excessive pressure,
wearing down valves 🫀 and increasing the risk of cardiac insufficiency.
👉 In essence: your legs are your second heart ❤️❤️
They are the vital support system of your main engine.
⸻
❌ THE BIGGEST MISTAKE:
Spending hours sitting or ignoring lower-body strengthening because you think it’s “just aesthetic.”
Without muscle contraction:
• Blood stagnates 🩸
• Inflammation increases 🔥
• The heart is overworked ⚠️
Ignoring the hydraulic function of your legs is like trying to pump water to the top of a 20-floor building 🏢 without a pressure pump — the system simply can’t do it.
⸻
✅ TECHNICAL SOLUTION:
Activating the calf muscles (gastrocnemius & soleus) acts like a pressure-release valve for the heart 🔁🫀.
Strengthening these muscles:
• Reduces heart disease risk ❤️
• Improves metabolic health 🔥
• Enhances blood-flow efficiency 🩸
Cardiovascular research confirms that active calves are the most effective life insurance for preventing premature cardiac overload and collapse.
⸻
🛡️ PROTOCOL – YOUR HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
🔹 Heel Raises:
3 sets of 15 reps every morning ☀️
Activates the venous pump and reduces cardiac load for the rest of the day.
🔹 Power Walking:
Don’t just walk — use full foot motion (toe ➝ heel) to maximize soleus contraction 🚶♀️
🔹 Office Mobility:
If you sit for work 🪑, lift your heels repeatedly every 30 minutes to prevent blood pooling and force venous return.
🔹 Hydration & Electrolytes:
Muscle efficiency depends on minerals ⚡
Without magnesium & potassium, contraction is weak and pumping is inefficient.

Bhramari Pranayama!
THE SONIC ANTIVIRAL.
Ancient yogis practiced the Bhramari Pranayama (Bee's Breath). They said it calms the mind and heals the body. In 2002, Sweden's Karolinska Institute discovered why they were right.
Your paranasal breasts are miracle gas factories:
Nitric Oxide (NO). NO is a potent vasodilator, but it's also antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. The study found that humming-making vocal cords vibrate with the mouth closed-causes air in the paranasal breasts to sway. This physical oscillation expels built-up nitric oxide down the nasal cavity.
The result? A 15 TIMES (1,500%) increase in the concentration of NO compared to breathing in silence. plus you give your nervous system a reboot by calming it down and calming it down from stress.
When you inhale that overloaded gas:
Lungs: Dilates Bronchio and Improves Blood Oxygenation (Perfect for Athletes or Asthma).
Defense: Sterilize the air before it reaches the lungs, killing pathogens in the entrance.
Vagus Nerve: Physical vibration stimulates the vagus nerve in the throat, instantly reducing stress.
It's the quickest trick to unclog your nose or stop a cold starting.
Do it now:
Keep your mouth shut. Inhale deep down the nose
When exhaling, make a serious, prolonged sound:
"Mmmmmmmmmmm".
Feel the vibration on your lips, nose and forehead.
To enhance it, cover your ears with your fingers (this intensifies internal resonance).
Do it 5-10 times. You'll notice a clear nose and an immediate calm of mind.
Jennifer Lopez might leave the U.S.!
There’s been a circulating rumor that Jennifer Lopez might leave the U.S. because of immigration enforcement and ICE deportations.
Regardless of the celebrity gossip, this is a time to pay attention to what’s actually happening to real people’s lives and to talk about it with care and accuracy.
Artificial Traffic-jam!
Just saw this crazy experiment: Simon Weckert stuffed a wagon with 99 smartphones and walked down a Berlin street. Google Maps saw all those phones and thought there was a massive traffic jam.
Cars got rerouted even though the street was empty! Who knew you could hack traffic with a wagon full of phones?

THE TEACHING OF THE DONKEY!
One day a farmer’s donkey fell into a well. The animal cried loudly for hours, while the farmer tried to find something to do to get him out.
Finally, the farmer decided that the donkey was old and the well was already dry and needed to be covered anyway; that it really wasn't worth pulling the donkey out of the well..
He invited all his neighbors to come help him. They each grabbed a shovel and began to throw dirt into the well.
The donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly loud. Then, to everyone's surprise, he quieted down after a few shovelfuls of dirt.
The farmer finally looked down into the well and was amazed at what he saw... with each shovelful of dirt, the donkey was doing something incredible: It was shaking off the dirt and stepping on top of the dirt.
Very soon everyone saw surprised how the donkey reached the mouth of the well, went over the edge and trotted out...
Life is going to throw dirt at you, all kinds of dirt... the trick to getting out of the hole is to shake it off and use it to step up. Each of our problems is a step up. We can get out of the deepest holes if we don't give up...
Use the land they throw you to get ahead!!!
Remember the 5 rules to be happy:
1. Free your heart from hate.
2. Free your Mind of distractions.
3. Simplify your life.
4. Give more and expect less.
5. Love more and... shake the dirt, because in this life you have to be a solution, not the problem!

Vitamin deficiency!
Vitamin deficiency in the body shows common symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, hair loss, rough skin, gums bleeding, dizzy, and joint pain. Also, vitamin basis includes weakness, sensitivity to infection, low appearance at night, and slow healing of wounds.
Symptoms of major vitamin deficiency in the body:
Vitamin A: Low appearance, rough skin, and dryness in eyes at night.
Vitamin B (B Complex - B7, B11, B12): Fatigue, dizzy, weakness, difficulty breathing, numbness or tingling, blisters, and hair loss.
Vitamin C): Inflammation and bleeding in gums, delayed healing of wounds, bleeding under skin, and weakness.
Vitamin D): Bone pain, weakness, bone weakness (Osteoporosis), and fatigue.
Vitamin K): Excess bleeding on injury, gum bleeding, and high bleeding during period.
Time never waits!
While you’re busy living your life, they are quietly growing older.
Each time you say, “I’ll visit later” or “I’ll call tomorrow,” time keeps moving—without pause, without mercy. What’s postponed is often what never returns.
We live as if tomorrow is guaranteed, as if the people we love will always be there. But slowly, they tire more easily. Their voices soften. They need us in ways they never did before. And one day, you realize the time you thought you had is already slipping away.
This isn’t about guilt. It’s about awareness.
Being present now is worth more than any apology later. Listening today matters more than regret tomorrow.
Because a day will come when going back isn’t possible.
And the deepest pain won’t be loss itself—
it will be knowing you didn’t cherish the time when you still could.

"Happy face" SPIDER!
Nature really does have a sense of humor.
Hidden deep within Hawaii’s forests lives the rare “happy face” spider, a tiny species found nowhere else on Earth. Its cheerful, face-like patterns aren’t painted or altered—they’re completely natural pigments formed by genetics.
What makes this spider even more fascinating is that no two look the same. Each individual carries a unique design, like a living fingerprint crafted by nature itself. Scientists believe these patterns may help with camouflage or survival.
Proof that even the smallest creatures can carry the biggest surprises—and a smile to match.
