Massive water reservoir!

Scientists have found a massive water reservoir 400 miles underground, hidden deep inside the Earth’s mantle. This water is not a liquid ocean; instead, it is trapped inside a blue rock called ringwoodite, which acts like a giant sponge. Researchers believe this underground storage could hold three times more water than all the oceans on the surface combined. This discovery suggests that Earth’s water may have come from deep inside the planet rather than from space. It shows that our world has a hidden water cycle that helps keep the planet stable and active.
