Gentle pressure to awaken inner strength!
ST-36, also known as Zusanli, is one of the most respected acupoints in traditional practice. It is located about four finger-widths below the kneecap, slightly to the outside of the shin bone. In Tai Chi, this point is associated with building steady energy, grounding the body, and supporting overall vitality. Gentle pressure here is traditionally used to awaken inner strength, improve balance, and help the body feel more stable from the legs upward. Press softly, breathe slowly, and allow your energy to flow naturally.
✨ Save this and practice daily with awareness.
