How long to hold the mudra • Beginners: 10-15 minutes • Regular practice: 20-30 minutes • Advanced / therapeutic use: up to 45 minutes (can be split into 2-3 sessions) ✔️Best time to practice • Early morning (empty stomach) • Or anytime during meditation, pranayama, or relaxation
