Patna's Bihar Museum!

Patna's Bihar Museum has ranked ninth in Worth a Journey's 2026 list of the world's 100 best museums. It is the only Indian museum on the list and the highest-ranked in Asia, ahead of New York's Metropolitan Museum of Art (10th) and Paris's Louvre (31st). Partially opened to the public in 2015, the museum fully opened in 2017. Its collections include archaeological artefacts, ancient sculptures, coins, manuscripts and regional folk art, including the Didarganj Yakshi and Kurkihar bronzes.
