Solar panel opens like a flower!
At first glance, this does not even look like a normal solar setup. It looks more like a giant flower standing in the open, and that is exactly why people notice it.
In France, this solar design opens out like petals in the morning and follows the sun through the day, so it can catch more light instead of staying fixed in one position. Then when the day ends, it folds back in again. So basically, it is not just sitting there flat like an ordinary panel. It is moving with the sunlight and trying to use the day better.
And I think this is the part that makes it really interesting.
The idea is simple to understand. If the panel keeps facing the sun properly, it can make more electricity from the same setup. In good conditions, one of these “solar flower” systems can produce enough power to cover the needs of a home, depending on how much electricity that home uses.
To me, this is one of those ideas that feels smart and beautiful at the same time.
It makes clean energy look less like heavy machinery and more like something alive. A panel that opens like a flower, turns with the sun, and powers a house too — honestly, that is a pretty amazing mix, right?
