Sleeping without clothes!

Research suggests that couples who sleep naked often experience higher levels of relationship satisfaction and happiness. A prominent survey of over 1,000 adults found that 57% of "naked sleepers" reported being happy in their relationships, compared to 48% of those who wore pajamas. This boost in happiness is largely attributed to increased skin-to-skin contact, which triggers the release of oxytocin, the "love hormone." Oxytocin fosters emotional bonding, reduces stress, and builds trust between partners. Additionally, sleeping without clothes helps regulate body temperature, leading to deeper, more restorative sleep, which naturally improves mood and patience within a partnership.
