Black Grapes!
Natural Tonic - World's best fruit? Not common, something else - if you are asked what is the best fruit in the world, most people will speak - mango.
But the answer from Ayurveda's view is something else. Acharya Vagbhat clearly says that the best of fruits are grapes — i.e. grapes, especially black grapes and its dry form, Munakka.
When the fruit class starts in Ayurveda classical books such as Charaka Samhita and Ashtanga Hridaya, the grapes are first described. This means clear - it's not an ordinary fruit, but a kind of natural medicine.
Why are grapes considered the best?
Wagbhat says — “Grapes are the best in fruits. ”
Why perfect? Because it doesn't just nutrition, but supports the body on many levels.
1. वृष्य – शरीर की ताकत और धातु पोषण
It strengthens the body metals. For people who feel weakness, have less stamina, or want to improve sexual health - Munakka works like a tonic. It does not just give calories, but nourishment from the inside.
2. Tonic for the eyes
Wagbhat calls it "chakshushya" - i.e. beneficial for the eyes.
Today there is constant strain on eyes due to mobile, laptop, TV. Drainess, burn, number increase - these are common problems. Eating wet black munkka daily in this way can be a great support for eyes.
3. Clean stomach, strong intestines
Constipation is the most common problem today. According to Ayurveda, sometimes it causes intestinal weakness. When the intestinal movement is not right, the sert stops.
Munakka strengthens the intestines, softens the dirt and helps clean the stomach naturally. It doesn't shock like a laxative, but slowly improves the system.
4. Problems of urine and burning
For people who have less urine, burn or have trouble with urinary tract — paddy water is very beneficial. It reduces excess heat from the body and improves urine flow.
5. The qualities of the pinch - how does it work?
It's qualities are mentioned in Ayurveda:
Sweet in taste
Sweet even after digestion (sweet vipak)
Snigdh (Roughness remover)
Somebody have a little bit.
Cool by nature
A little heavy
That means it works together on body dryness, heat and weakness — all three.
6. Beneficial in gile and heat diseases
If the body is too hot,
Burn in hands and legs
Acidity
Blisters in the mouth
Blood from the nose
Too much anger
Ulcer
Feeling looo
So Munakka is very useful. It reduces excess body heat.
7. Tonic for blood
Helps in both situations:
Lack of blood
More bleeding
More period bleeding in women, bleeding in piles, summer naksir - all of these have been considered useful.
8. Why is alcohol beneficial in side effects?
People ask — if alcohol is made from grapes, how will Munakka help?
Ayurveda says alcohol increases heat in the body. The same heat forward causes problems like liver damage, ulcer, bleeding.
Munakka is of cold nature. So it balances the heat increased with alcohol. For those who are because of alcohol:
Feeling very thirsty
Burn in hands and legs
Body drying
Weaknesses
Problems should be there — they must take the punch.
9. Useful in thirst, asthma and fatigue
Wagbhat finally explains that this:
Thirsty (thirsty for more)
Breath (Asthma, Asthma)
Labor (extreme fatigue)
There is beneficial in all of these.
For those who work hard, gym, athletes, work in the sun, work near kitchen or factory fire — this is Natural Recovery Food.
10. Dry cough, lung weakness, post-chronic TB weakness — Munakka helps in these conditions too.
11. For the throat and sound
Those who speak a lot, teachers, speakers, singers — their voice sits. Sore throat, blisters or weaknesses. This is how Munakka snuggles the throat and supports the voice.
12. In the hurt and weakness
If the body is weakened, injured, especially in the chest area — Munakka helps recovery by nutrition.
The right way to use it
So many benefits will be found only when taken rightly.
Wash black pots 10-15 at night and soak them in water.
Wake up in the morning and chew the punch well after brush etc.
Drink the water that is left.
The same water is most active — not throwing it.
Who should take it daily?
Those who have constipation
Those who have more heat in their body
Those who work in the sun
Who work hard or exercise more
Those who have weaknesses
Those who have throat or breathing problems
Conclusion
Munakka is not an expensive or rare thing. This is an easy-to-get fruit, but in Ayurveda it is medicinal status.
A little black punch —
Turn down the heat
Improve the blood
Strengthen the intestines
Give support to the eyes
Fix the throat
And strength the body
Now the decision is yours — whether to consider mango as “King” or incorporate punches into your routine by considering it as “Healer”.
Have you ever eaten wet punch for 21 days continuously?
