How to Do Prana Mudra are :-
1. Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position or on a chair with a straight spine.
2. Relax your shoulders and place your hands on your knees, palms facing upward.
3. Touch the tip of the thumb to the tips of the ring finger and little finger.
4. Keep the index and middle fingers straight.
5. Close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply.
6. Practice for 15 minutes daily.
