Don't worry, cycle is locked!

A small boy parks his bike just outside Parliament and begins to head off. A police officer calls out, “Stop! You can’t leave your bicycle there. This is where MPs, ministers, and sometimes even presidents and royalty pass by!” The boy smiles and replies, “Don’t worry, officer. I locked it.”
