Organ transplant Act!

In Singapore, citizens and permanent residents aged 21 and above are automatically included in the Human Organ Transplant Act (HOTA), an opt-out organ donation system. Individuals can choose to withdraw, but those who do may receive lower priority if they later require an organ transplant. The policy is designed to encourage wider participation in organ donation while still preserving personal choice.
