Ksepana Mudra!
Ksepana Mudra – how to do step by step:-
1. Sit comfortably with spine straight.
2. Bring both palms together.
3. Interlock all fingers except index fingers.
4. Keep index fingers straight and touching, pointing upward.
5. Close eyes, inhale gently through nose.
6. Exhale slowly and fully through mouth.
7. Practice 10–15 minutes daily with calm breathing.
