BJP MP @KanganaTeam remarks on Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi are not just distasteful, they are deeply insulting to the countless women whose voices he has amplified across this country. Rahul Gandhi is not a manufactured, camera-trained politician. He is a leader who listens without filters, who walks among people without barriers, and who has earned trust the hard way, on the streets, not in studios. During the Bharat Jodo Yatra, thousands of young women came forward, not because they felt “uncomfortable,” but because they felt heard. They shared their fears, their struggles, their dreams, because they saw in him a rare kind of political empathy that this regime neither understands nor respects. To reduce that connection to cheap, sexist insinuations says more about the BJP’s mindset than it does about Rahul Gandhi. This is the difference: one side thrives on manufactured narratives and personal attacks, the other builds politics on human connection and dignity. India’s women do not need lectures from those who trivialise their voices. They need leaders who stand with them, and @RahulGandhi has consistently done exactly that.
