Starting to be afraid of rice, why? - Nowadays many people start scared when they hear the name of rice. Many people believe that eating rice increases weight, increases the risk of diabetes or gas and heavyness in the stomach.

A little pure desi cow ghee can be added to it to make the cooked rice more balanced.
